Local Man-Hunt Ends with Saxonburg Man’s Arrest

by Jonathan Weaver

State and local police forces combed through Armstrong County yesterday afternoon in search of a wanted burglar.

Eric Graham

At 3:15PM, 9-1-1 emergency dispatchers had all County units on the lookout for Eric Graham, 31, of Saxonburg, after he was suspected of a burglary earlier.

The manhunt lasted approximately four hours until Graham was found in North Buffalo Township. He was arrested and incarcerated on $100,000 bond on felony burglary, criminal trespass and theft charges.

Approximately two hours before he was found, Graham was possibly reported as ‘armed and dangerous’ according to dispatchers.

Graham was also arrested by state police in February for the same offenses. That case is inactive according to online reports.

He was also suspected of similar offenses in 2010, but the District Attorney’s office entered a plea to not prosecute.
