GERRYMANDERING SEMINAR – Fair Districts PA, an all-volunteer, non-partisan, non-profit organization, is holding an informational event at the Vandergrift Public Library on Sat., Jan. 11th at 10:30 a.m. It will cover the history of gerrymandering, its impact on southwestern PA (focusing on Armstrong and Westmoreland counties) and ways to improve how districts are drawn. FCC LICENSING – The Fort Armstrong Wireless Association amateur radio club will be holding its quarterly license testing session on Saturday, January 18th at 2PM at the Outdoor Discovery Center at Crooked Creek.
