THE OLDIES ARE BACK! Over The Hill Gang with DJ Steve Heffner are hosting an oldies dance at the Latin American Club on Saturday, Feb 23 from 8-11 PM. Doors open at 7PM and the kitchen is open with a cash bar. Cost is $10 person and there will be a lottery tree raffle. Proceeds benefit the OTHG programs with the local high rises, senior facilities. MAPLE SUGARING PROGRAM – Come to the Outdoor Discover Center at Crooked Creek on Sunday, March 3rd at 2:00 p.m. when Allan and Andy Kinter will present a program on maple sugaring. Come see how maple trees are tapped and learn about the process of turning sap into delicious syrup and sugar. Maple products and equipment to tap your own trees will be available to purchase.
SEMINAR – Kittanning Public Library will host historian, Cindy McShane, who will portray “French Mary”, a vivandiere during the civil war.
