ON DISPLAY – The Harrisburg Farm Show pays tribute to the 100th Anniversary of both the Pennsylvania 4-H and the Pennsylvania State Association of County Fairs. This sculpture was created using nearly one thousand pounds of butter. The butter was carved to resemble the Fair Queen awarding a blue ribbon to a 4-H exhibitor for his prized calf at a county fair. The butter sculpture represents the importance of Dairy as the largest segment if Pennsylvania’s agriculture industry. (photo by Suzanne Boarts)
