1/16/1969 – Kittanning Borough has been reimbursed for 50% of the $16,666 purchase price of a new land development tract in Rayburn Township. Council agreed to purchase the 54 acres last July under the new Project 70 assistance fund. The program promises reimbursement of all money spent in redeveloping Pennsylvania property.
