Dayton Fair Wednesday Harness Racing Highlights

Harness Racing began yesterday and continues today (Thursday) at 12 Noon at the Dayton Fair.  The races are all Pennsylvania Sire Stakes. Here are several highlights from yesterday’s races.

Race 3

Race 3 winner was “Integer”, owned and driven by Wayne Long from Delaware. Officials are shown presenting Long with the blanket. The purse was $7,875 in this Two-Year-Old Colts and Geldings B group category. 

 

Race 4

Race 4 was a close race. The winner was “Justice Matters” in the Two-Year-Old Colts and Geldings B group category. Wayne Long was the driver. The horse is owned by William Kreutzer from Rural Valley and Denton Barrett from Dayton. The purse was $2,750.   The second place winner was “Keystone Viktor”. Eric Neal was the driver. The horse is owned by Neal Racing Stables in Punxsutawney. 

 

Race 5

The Race 5 winner was “Singing Siren”. Todd Schadel was the driver. The owner is Robert Key From Leechburg. (Two-Year-Old Fillies A group) The purse was $7875.

 

Race 8 - 8-14-19

The Race 8 winner was “TSM Opal Dancer”. Eric Neal was the driver. The owner is Ted Thompson from Brackenridge. (Two-Year-Old Fillies B group). The purse was $2,700.
