KITTANNING – Newly-elected Mayor Scott Kline led Kittanning Borough in their reorganization last night.
Third-Ward Councilwoman Kim Fox was voted to serve as President. Fox has been council president for the past two years.
First-Ward Councilman David Croyle was elected to serve as Vice-President. Croyle has served as President Pro Tempore for the past four years.
Council voted Fourth Ward Councilman Andy Peters as President Pro Tempore, who conducts the meeting in the absence of the president or vice-president.
New committees will serve at the appointment of the President Fox. She requested council members to inform her of committees on which they want to serve.
Newly-elected council members include Scott Davis in the Second Ward, and Joe Kiehlmeier in the Third Ward.
Voters in November re-elected David Croyle in the First Ward and Andy Peters in the Fourth Ward.
The reorganization meeting was followed by their January public meeting.
