Violet (Iseman) Croyle, 88 of Kittanning, died Saturday, May 18, 2013 at ACMH.
She was born April 9, 1925 in the Ford City area to Michael and Ellamae (Gamble) Iseman.
Of the Baptist faith, Violet enjoyed cooking and country music.
She is survived by her three daughters: Mary (Daniel) Bowser of Kittanning, Katherine (Howard) Goedicke of Kittanning and Rose Cravener of Ford City; three grandsons: William Patton of South Carolina, James Patton of North Carolina and Howard Goedicke, Jr. of Adrian; three great-grandson: Jaycee Patton, Gordon Patton and Rhianna Patton; two brothers: Merle (Nelle) Gamble of Brackenridge and Raymond Gamble of Louisiana; and sister, Margaret (Paul) Lardin of Shelocta.
Violet was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Merle Iseman; second husband, Edward Croyle; granddaughter, Mary Alice Wingard; and six brothers: Jess, Frank, Bob, Bill, John and George Gamble.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9PM today, Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning.
Funeral services will be held at 11AM Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at the funeral home, with the Rev. John W. Snyder officiating.
Interment will be held in Ford City Cemetery.
