A preliminary hearing for Zachary Carter Eckman, 21 of Kittanning will take place today on charges that Eckman assaulted and harassed a Kittanning female last month. Eckman was arraigned in front of District Magisterial Judge James Andring and held within the County Jail on $5,000.
Ford City Borough Police also reported that Billie Jo Kline, 32, and Ashley Hiles, 24 of Kittanning was both charged with simple assault, harassment, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct after separate incidents in February.
Ninna Hudzick, 48 of Vandergrift will also have a preliminary hearing this morning on charges of retail theft from the Family Dollar in Apollo Boro.
Hudzick was found at her home and taken into custody, where State police also discovered she was wanted on a bench warrant in Westmoreland County.
Hudzick was also found with a crack pipe and prescribed pills. She was arraigned before Andring as well and held in the Armstrong County Jail.
