Staci Leigh Rosborough Haslett, 39, of the Kittanning area, passed away Friday, December 9, 2011, at Sugar Creek Rest.
She was born on December 18, 1971, in Kittanning, to Bradley E. Rosborough and Pamela (Bussard) McCullough.
Staci graduated from Lenape Vo Tech in 1990 and went on to own Staci’s Angel Haire salon in Kittanning. She had many hobbies, one of which was watching football games. Staci enjoyed demolition derbies and even won the competition one year at the Dayton Fair. Flowers were another one of her interests, and she would spend much time growing and caring for her gardens. Though she was busy, she always found time for her children. She was a devoted and caring mother, daughter and sister, and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her parents; sons, Scottie and Tristan Shaffer, both of Adrian; daughter, Bethanie Shaffer, of Adrian; brothers, Chad Rosborough and wife Michele, of Pittsburgh and Damian Rosborough, of Elderton; maternal grandmother, Irene Brosius and husband Howard, of Kittanning; paternal grandmother, Mildred Rosborough, of Elderton; step-sister, Tonya Hooks, of Kittanning; and husband, Keith Haslett.
Staci was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Melvin Bussard, and paternal grandfather, C. Edwin Rosborough.
Visitation for Keith Haslett’s family and friends was held on Sunday, December 11, 2011 at the Clark Chapel of the Bauer Funeral Home in Elderton, where Staci’s family and friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 PM on Monday, December 12, 2011.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at Mt. Union Lutheran Church, 1051 Girty Road, Shelocta, PA with Rev. Joyce Dix-Weiers officiating.
Interment will be at Mt. Union Lutheran Cemetery in Plumcreek Township.
