Patriots Meeting Scheduled for Elderton
The Indiana/Armstrong Patriots invites any Indiana or Armstrong County resident to come and learn about their work to preserve and support our Constitution in today’s world of big government and out-of-control spending. Their regular meeting will be held Tuesday, March 16th at 6:15 pm at the Smith Complex outside of Elderton. The group is preparing for an upcoming TEA Party in Kittanning on April 24th from 3-5 pm at the Murtha Amphitheater. Currently the group is sponsoring a Constitutional Essay Contest in both counties for high school seniors. Details of the contest can be gotten at each high school principal’s office or on the Patriot’s website: www.indianaarmstrongpatriots.com. The deadline for the contest has been extended to March 31st. Directions to the Smith Complex are on the website.

I hope these Tea Party folks are utilizing the Murtha Amphitheater for symbolic and ironic purposes.
Do they realize how much spending Murtha supported? Look at Johnstown and then look at Kittanning. We got a few crumbs.
I will have to check these folks out before issuing an opinion on what they are doing.
