Secretary Steals Thousands from Rayburn Township Municipal Authority

Tammy Lynn Bowser, 36, of Kittanning was arrested for stealing over $34,000 from the Rayburn Township Joint Municipal Authority between January and September of 2009. Bowser was employed as secretary of the Rayburn Township Joint Municipal Authority at the time of the theft. Bowser was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Owen yesterday, and an unsecured bond in the amount of $15,000 was set.
