OBIT: Vernie B. (Fair) Henefeld

Vernie B. (Fair) Henefeld, 89, formerly of Cowansville, died on March 5, 2010 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.

She was born on December 21, 1920 in Cowansville to William and Carrie (McCollim) Fair and lived her life as a homemaker.  She was a member of the Sherrett United Methodist Church.  She loved shopping and volunteering at nursing homes.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Herb Henefeld.

A funeral service will be held Monday, March 8, 2010 at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Cowansville, with an hour of visitation from 10AM until the time of the service.
