Driver Charged with Drug Paraphernalia

Samuel Beers, 21, of Worthington was charged with possession of paraphernalia and disorderly conduct Tuesday after being pulled over .2 miles west of Mack Square in West Franklin Township. A Pennsylvania State Police Trooper was standing next to Beers’s vehicle and observed a marijuana smoking pipe in plain view on the floor behind the driver’s seat of the vehicle. The paraphernalia was seized, and Beers was charged in the District Court of Magisterial District Judge James H. Owen.
