Unknown Actors Dump Barrels In Cowansville

Within the past six weeks, unknown actors have dumped several steel barrels containing an unknown substance in a wooded area near 246 Hollow Road, Cowansville, PA. The owner of the property, David Alan Radion, 48, of Natrona Heights, PA, reported the barrels along with several other items of trash to Pennsylvania State Police.
