Valley Plumbing and Heating shut down a block of South Water Street in downtown Kittanning yesterday to work on replacing a main sewer line for the Eagles, according to Brian Tarr and Dennis Caveglia. After the sewer line is replaced, Fred White Contracting will repave the street, finishing the project.
